Happy 1st Birthday Claire!

To celebrate Claire's 1st birthday we had a party with friends at a nearby park. I had to hold her back when she saw the cake!



Nicholas was happy to fulfill his big brother duty of teaching Claire how to blow out her candle.



While Claire was sitting in her stroller she reached over and put her finger in the frosting. As you can tell from her expression, she was not pleasantly surprised by what she found!



Claire was happy to chew on this lovely bow while Nicholas helped open the gifts.

We had another small party for Claire at her Grandma and Grandpa McCullough's the day before her actual birthday. Here she was checking out her new baby doll, which she now takes to bed with her every night.



Nicholas and Claire had fun playing outside at Grandma and Grandpa's house. In the picture below Fireman Nicholas was putting out the flames of a burning building.

The Wreck





Here are a few pictures from the accident I was in a few weeks ago. As you can see, Ms. Butterworth (no joke) did a lot more damage to her car than mine when she hit me.
