Now and Then

My sister and her daughter, Kate, who's 4 months older than Nicholas, came to visit last weekend.

Here we are two years ago when they came to visit when Nicholas was just over a week old.

Nicholas got a library of Sesame Street books from Aunt Lily and Uncle Joe. His new favorite character is Oscar the Grouch.

Aunt Barb and Uncle Wayne sent Nicholas the cutest penguin for his birthday. First we took him for a ride in the "lauly" basket.

Then it was time for a picture in the chair made of blocks.

We celebrated Nicholas' 2nd birthday with Grandma
and Grandpa McCullough and our good friends, the Beards. Grandma made this awesome cake that Nicholas loved!
